1、濟(jì)南通風(fēng)管道工程根據(jù)卷管直徑制作校圓樣板，弧長為管子周長的1/6～1/4，不貼合間隙符合規(guī)定要求。

　　2、管子、管件組對時，應(yīng)檢查坡口質(zhì)量。并對坡口內(nèi)外側(cè)進(jìn)行清理，有銹垢可采用砂輪機(jī)磨光。

　　3、核對材料和規(guī)格是否符合設(shè)計要求，材質(zhì)證明和合格證是否齊全，有開裂縮孔、起皺、分層等缺陷，應(yīng)拒絕使用。

　　4、焊條要求：焊接碳素鋼的焊條采用E4303焊條，焊接16Mn鋼板的焊條采用E5016焊條。當(dāng)16Mn鋼與碳素鋼接縫處E4316焊條。焊條使用之前，應(yīng)按說明書進(jìn)行烘干，并在使用中保持干燥，焊條藥皮應(yīng)無脫落和明顯裂紋。

　　4, welding rod requirements: welding carbon steel welding rod using E4303 welding rod, welding 16Mn steel plate welding electrode, using E5016 welding rod. When 16Mn steel and carbon steel joint, E4316 welding rod. Before welding the electrode, it should be dried according to the instruction manual and kept dry in use. The electrode coating should be free of cracks and obvious cracks.

　　6、先做壓頭處理，再進(jìn)行卷制。

　　7、正式施工焊的材料焊接工藝相同。

　　8、壁厚不同的管子對焊時，兩管壁厚之差不得大于管壁厚度的15%，并不得超過3mm。

　　9、不同直徑的管子對焊時，可將大管焊接端抽條加工成大小頭，也可采用鋼板制作大小頭。
