山東通風(fēng)管道加工前應(yīng)采用清洗液去除板材表面油污及積塵，清洗液應(yīng)采用對板材表面無損害、干燥后不產(chǎn)生粉塵，且對人體無危害的中性清潔劑。通風(fēng)管道制作完畢應(yīng)使用清洗液清洗，清洗后經(jīng)白綢布擦拭檢查達(dá)到要求后，酚醛板，應(yīng)及時封口。

　　彩色涂層鋼板風(fēng)管的內(nèi)壁應(yīng)光滑;板材加工時不得損壞涂層，被損壞的部位應(yīng)涂環(huán)氧樹脂。風(fēng)管的咬口縫、鉚接縫以及法蘭翻邊四角縫隙處，應(yīng)按設(shè)計及潔凈等級要求，采用涂密封膠或其他密封措施堵嚴(yán)。

　　排煙風(fēng)口什么情況下在管道的上面?

　　1、排煙口規(guī)格與設(shè)計規(guī)格不符，排煙量自然會減少。
